Half Day Trail Running for Fitness Camp for Ages 10-15 years old

This half day camp will provide an opportunity for campers to improve their physical fitness through running and conditioning. Trail running will be introduced in a fun, non-intimidating format that will help inspire athletes to do their best. Perfect for those who are interested in getting in shape for their fall sport.

We’ve included a sample of activities and skills to be covered during the camp week. Our coaches blend activities both on and off the trail to make the most out of each day. Our goal throughout the week is to enable each camper to improve their individual skills and to end the session with more confidence in their ability.
