Below is a sample schedule of a typical day, along with a listing of skills that will be covered, and on/off bike activities that campers may experience. Each registered participant will receive email correspondence two weeks prior to the event with a detailed daily schedule and a list of “what to bring.”

Mountain Biking Skills Covered:
This camp is built experienced riders in mind. The next level in skills and thrills. Timely instruction to move the rider forward with their skills, with plenty of skill-level specific instruction and rides.
- Review of fundamentals: Anticipation, Shifting, Braking, Hovering
- Obstacles – on flats, turns and hills
- Cornering – fundamentals of turns plus banks and burms
- Climbing and Descending – review plus techniques for the super steeps
- Air and Safe landings
- Wednesday & regional racing
Mountain Bike Skills Games:
Learning is the best when you are playing, even at this age! Each of these games holds a variety of mountain bike skills at its core, and they are brimming with fun!

Bike Maintenance:
We love to ride. We need to love our ride. Age-appropriate introductions to bicycle mechanics will be covered during the week.
