Cross Country Running Camps For Kids

TRAIL RUNNING FOR FITNESS CAMP FOR AGES 10-15…HALF-DAY

This half day camp (8:00-12:00) will provide an opportunity for 10-15 year olds who are interested in improving their physical fitness through a lifetime sport. Trail running will be introduced in a non-intimidating format that will help inspire athletes to do their best. Perfect for those who are interested in starting a fitness program or getting in shape for their fall sport. $145 Camp Fee. Limit 15

TRAIL RUNNING FOR COMPETITION CAMP FOR AGES 13-17…HALF-DAY

This half day camp (8:00–12:00) will provide a service to 13-17 year olds who wish to begin competitive trail running or for those who with to have more of a competitive edge. Training tips, techniques and drills will help create a well-rounded runner. Guest speakers and special topics. $145 Camp Fee. Limit 15
