Coed Adult Mountain Bike Clinic Lesson Plan

We will be together for some of the activities, but will be breaking up into two skill level groups for the majority of the day. Even when activities seem the same, terrain challenges will make the level learning opportunity skill appropriate.
Please see the two lesson plans for these groups, but  we will  change the lesson plan to what YOU want to cover!
